If you have a smaller head like mine, (53-54cm), then finding a helmet that doesn’t make you feel like a bobblehead is important, especially on long trips/rides. Even a few ounces can be tiring after a long ride. Especially in sport riding position, we’re using our neck/shoulder muscles probably a little more than upright positions.
